Helix Construction's commercial division builds pride in the development of professional offices, shopping centers and warehouses with spectacular detail. Most recently (2007-08), Helix built Discovery Gateway, a Las Vegas project on the northeast corner of Russell Road and the 215 Freeway (westside). Helix self performs all concrete in-house, furthering their efforts to keep the cost down and deliver a quality product to the owner.

Helix construction consists of general contracting, as well as concrete, framing, paint and drywall licenses. We work with the owner to self perform as many possible trades to hold down the prices and value engineer to move the schedule along efficiently.
